Mechanism:

3. 20 lucky winners will each get an exclusive t-shirt.
4. The period of activity is 7 to 14 February 2020. Winners will be announced in El Diablo Original’s Instagram Story on 17 February 2020.

Terms & Conditions:

1. To be eligible as the El Diablo Original Exclusive T-shirt Giveaway winner, the participant’s Instagram account should not be locked private.
2. Total prizes of El Diablo Original Exclusive T-shirt Giveaway are 20 (twenty) exclusive El Diablo Original t-shirt.
3. Submission started on 7 February 2020 and will be closed on 14 February 2020 at 23:59WIB.
4. Winner decision will be announced in El Diablo Original Instagram Story on 17 February 2020
5. Participants are refrained to include a pornograph matter, violent, or any other disturbing activity, and mention competitor products on the uploaded story. Any violation will result in disqualification.
6. The prize will be awarded to participants with the most creative Instagram story and completion of all requirements.
7. The prize is not redeemable for cash or resale.
8. The prize is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.
9. Winners should note that transportation and accommodation to, from, and during the event are not provided.
10. The winner decision is final and can not be contested. The winner will be announced on Instagram Story and notified via direct message following the competition at the latest within five business days of the end of the giveaway (“the Notification Date”). The winner must then respond via Instagram direct message or email.
11. Participants who are not contactable within 2 days of the Notification Date after reasonable means (using the contact details provided by the Entrant) will be disqualified, lose their entitlement to the prize and the winner will be re-decided for the following major number on posted pictures, and the prize will be awarded to another entrant. By entering the contest, the winner agrees to participate in publicity following the competition. This may include the use of their name and image in online and offline publicity, communications, and in any other media worldwide without any fee being paid to the winner.
12. El Diablo Original and Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia will not be liable for any inability of any person to enter the competition because of any unavailability of such page, failures in computer systems or networks, other malfunctions, or for any other reason.
