Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must upload photos at their own respectable Instagram account using #ElDiabloBeer #BeOriginal hashtag, and tag @eldiablobeer.
2. To be eligible as the winner, the participant’s Instagram account should not be locked private.
3. The prize for this photo activity is 1 (one) El Diablo Original’s exclusive Electric Guitar.
4. The prize will be awarded to participants with the best picture and engagement.
5. Participants are refrained to include an underage person, cigarette, smoking activity, and competitor products on the uploaded picture. Any violation will result in disqualification.
6. The contest starts from 18 January 2018, 10:00WIB and closed on 31 January 2018, 23:59WIB.
7. The winner will be announced within the next 5 working days after the contest ended.
8. The prize is not redeemable for cash or resale.
9. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. There will only be one winner of the prize.
11. Guitar prize color and specification are subject to availability.
12. Winner decision is final and can not be contested. The winner will be announced on Instagram Story and notified via direct message following the competition at the latest within five business days of the end of the giveaway (“the Notification Date”). The winner must then respond via Instagram direct message or email.
13. Participants who are not contactable within 7 days of the Notification Date after reasonable means (using the contact details provided by the Entrant) will be disqualified, lose their entitlement to the prize and the winner will be re-decided for the following major number on posted pictures and the prize will be awarded to another entrant. By entering into the contest, the winner agrees to participate in publicity following the competition. This may include the use of their name and image in online and offline publicity, communications, and in any other media worldwide without any fee being paid to the winner.
14. El Diablo Original and Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia will not be liable for any inability of any person to enter the competition because of any unavailability of such page, failures in computer systems or networks, other malfunctions, or for any other reason.
15. Participants agree that by entering the competition their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by El Diablo Original and Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia for the purposes of administering the contest.
