Mechanism:

1. Follow us @eldiablobeerid.
2. Come to the #OriginalRock event in your city.
3. Take a photo with @eldiablobeerid and upload it to your Instagram.
4. Don’t forget to tag us and add #OriginalRock #BeOriginal to your caption.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must visit Original Rock event and upload their photos at their own respectable Instagram account using #OriginalRock #BeOriginal hashtag, and tag @eldiablobeer.
2. To be eligible as the winner, the participant’s Instagram account should not be locked private.
3. The prize for the Original Rock photo activity is 1 (one) El Diablo Original’s exclusive Electric Guitar for every Original Rock events.
4. The prize will be awarded to participants with the best picture and engagement.
5. Participants are refrained to include underage person, cigarette, smoking activity and competitor products on the uploaded picture. Any violation will result in disqualification.
6. The contest is open on the Original Rock event’s date and closed within the next 3 days after the event date.
7. The winner will be announced within the next 5 working days after the event ended.
8. The prize is not redeemable for cash or resale.
9. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. There will only be one winner of the prize on each Original Rock events.
11. The winner will be announced on Instagram Story and notified via direct message following the competition at the latest within five business days of the end of the giveaway (“the Notification Date”). The winner must then respond via Instagram direct message or email.
12. Participants who are not contactable within 7 days of the Notification Date after reasonable means (using the contact details provided by the Entrant) will be disqualified, lose their entitlement to the prize and the winner will be re-decided for the following major number on posted pictures and the prize will be awarded to another entrant. By entering into the contest, the winner agrees to participate in publicity following the competition. This may include the use of their name and image in online and offline publicity, communications, and in any other media worldwide without any fee being paid to the winner.
13. El Diablo Original and Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia will not be liable for any inability of any person to enter the competition because of any unavailability of such page, failures in computer systems or networks, other malfunctions, or for any other reason.
14. Participants agree that by entering the competition their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by El Diablo Original and Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia for the purposes of administering the contest.
